Sales Representative (Indoor) at DarScrubs Medical Uniforms
Job Description: DarScrubs Medical Uniforms is a leading provider of high-quality medical uniforms and accessories. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and guidance in selecting the right medical uniforms and accessories.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and differentiators to potential customers.
• Proactively approach customers to generate sales leads, upsell additional items, and promote special offers or discounts.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and adequately stocked at all times.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the most relevant information.
  

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven work experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the medical or apparel industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate product information.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  

Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, with a standard workweek of 48 hours.
