Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our retail team in Hawally, Kuwait. This is a full-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing AEON Abaya with pride and professionalism. You will play a key role in creating an unforgettable luxury shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing in-depth knowledge of our collections and brand story
• Drive individual and store sales through proactive engagement and upselling
• Build lasting relationships with VIP and returning clients
• Maintain the visual standards of the shop and ensure merchandise is well presented
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals
• Collect client feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• High level of personal presentation and brand alignment
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of customer service
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Preferred

• Previous experience in abaya or modest fashion industry
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tracking
