About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Service Technician to join our team. This role covers the maintenance, repair, and servicing of coffee equipment as well as general shop upkeep. From fixing machines to keeping our stores running smoothly, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations stay efficient and uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines and related equipment
• Perform regular maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across shop facilities
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Support store teams with general repairs, including lighting, signage, and fixtures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and service schedules
• Coordinate with external contractors when needed
• Ensure all work is performed safely and to regulatory standards

Requirements

• Already resides in Kuwait and transferrable visa 18
• 3+ years' experience in equipment maintenance, facilities repair, or a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and general repair skills
• Familiarity with commercial coffee equipment is a strong plus
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and follow technical instructions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to respond to urgent issues, including occasional off-hours work
• Valid driver's license (if the role involves travel between locations)
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail maintenance
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
