The Opportunity
SEAZEN GROUP is a multi-brand restaurant & catering group (+40 locations, +1,500 staff) pursuing ambitious goals in growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Reporting to our Deputy CEO / Chief Strategy & Information Officer, you will turn board-level vision into a prioritized, funded, and insight-driven project portfolio that lands on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
How you'll make a difference
- Turn strategy into action: translate long-term vision into an executable road-map, cascade OKRs/KPIs and maintain a single source of truth for six GCC markets.
- Own project & business governance: Establish and maintain the Group PM framework, risk register, and funding stage-gates; ensure auditable compliance with Delegation of Authority.
- Steer the enterprise portfolio: run prioritization workshops, govern master schedules and resource capacity, and monitor CAPEX/OPEX dashboards with FP&A team.
- Drive operational excellence & digital transformation: support Lean/Six-Sigma process optimization and partner with Information Capital on ERP, business apps, data-warehouse and automation projects.
- Elevate performance management: co-lead monthly Senior-Management Reviews with the CSIO, deliver automated Business Intelligence dashboards, and lock in corrective-action owners and deadlines.
- Prove the value: maintain initiative value registers, track revenue uplift, cost optimization, and NPV, and ensure post-implementation benefit-realization reviews are completed.
- Lead & develop talent: mentor a multidisciplinary SPMO team and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring
- 7–10 years in PMO, strategy-execution, or transformation roles, including 1–3 years in a PMO-leadership, portfolio-governance capacity, or relevant managerial role.
- PMP or PgMP strongly preferred. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PfMP, MoP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials, or demonstrable equivalent governance experience, are also welcome.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is advantageous.
- Prosci/ADKAR, Balanced-Scorecard Professional, or similar accreditation valued.
- Proven delivery of high-value, cross-functional programs in hospitality, F&B, retail, consumer services, or similarly complex multi-unit environments.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio CAPEX/OPEX tracking and executive-level performance reporting.
