Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Prepare and post job advertisements in alignment with company guidelines.
- Conduct initial assessments and shortlist candidates for technical and HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Support mobilization and documentation processes for selected candidates, including visa and onboarding formalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil & gas or energy services sector.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment database and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and visa processes in Kuwait is a plus.
