We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent to meet operational needs in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Prepare and post job advertisements in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct initial assessments and shortlist candidates for technical and HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Support mobilization and documentation processes for selected candidates, including visa and onboarding formalities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil & gas or energy services sector.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment database and analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and visa processes in Kuwait is a plus.
