About the Role:

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing all plant machinery, including injection molding machines (Husky, Sipa, Demark) and auxiliary systems like chillers, compressors, and air conditioning units. This role involves overseeing equipment performance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. Strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of maintenance engineering experience, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry, focusing on preform and closure molds.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining injection molding machines (Husky, Sipa, Demark), chillers, compressors, HVAC, and auxiliary systems.
• Hands-on experience with material conveying systems, metal separators, dehumidifiers, and dryers.
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team of technicians and ensure minimal downtime.
• Proficiency in CMMS, ERP systems, SAP, and AutoCAD for managing maintenance records and reporting.
• Ability to maintain spare parts inventory and manage procurement for necessary components.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and adherence to ISO standards.
