About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion. The position requires in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, cost estimation, pricing strategies, and tendering processes. It plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.

About You

Ideal candidate should have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
• Membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers is mandatory.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in civil project execution and management, preferably with a focus on luxury villa developments.
• Possesses strong expertise in tendering, bid preparation, costing, and pricing for construction projects.
• Proficient in industry-standard project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive cost analysis for civil works, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities, with a collaborative and results-driven approach to team and stakeholder management.
• Must be an Arab National, fluent in both Arabic and English, and capable of working effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
