Car Rental Employee Key Responsibilities:
Customer Reception:
Welcome and assist customers professionally, collect necessary personal documents (ID, driver's license), and guide them in selecting the appropriate vehicle.
Rental Contract Preparation:
Prepare and document rental contracts accurately in accordance with legal procedures, clearly explaining terms related to insurance, vehicle use, and return.
Responsible for registering contracts in the Ministry of Interior (Traffic Department) system.
Providing Advice and Information:
Offer clients detailed information on available vehicles, insurance options, rental terms, and costs.
Provide tailored advice based on the customer's needs and budget.
Payment Collection:
Collect due payments from customers through available payment methods (cash, credit card, etc.) and follow up on overdue payments for open contracts.
Marketing and Promotion:
Participate in marketing and promotional efforts through social media, websites, and by coordinating with travel agencies and corporate clients.
Handling Inquiries and Complaints:
Address client complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Invoice and Payment Review:
Review invoices and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions related to rentals handled by the employee.
Policy and Procedure Compliance:
Adhere to the company's internal policies and local car rental laws, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Vehicle Inspection:
Inspect vehicles before and after rental, documenting any damages or issues in coordination with the maintenance department.
Maintenance Coordination:
Follow up on scheduled or emergency maintenance to ensure vehicles are always rental-ready.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in car rental or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and rental management software.
- High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
