We are hiring a Manager - IT for one of our esteemed clients in Kuwait within the Oil & Gas sector. This role is responsible for developing IT strategies, overseeing infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT governance, ERP implementation, and performance management.

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with international security standards.
- Drive digital transformation and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional IT projects.
- Implement and oversee ERP solutions, integrating operational dashboards and performance measurement systems.
- Ensure IT governance, performance management, and measurement frameworks are in place to support strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10–15 years of IT management experience with proven leadership skills.

- ERP implementation and integration.
- Digital transformation and automation.
- Operational dashboards and performance measurement.
- Cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance.
