Our team needs a Customer Service & Sales Administrative Assistant to manage daily client communications and coordinate sales service fulfilment.
We need help to:
• Triage incoming customer service and sales emails daily using a prioritisation matrix
• Ensure invoice accuracy before sending to clients
• Update Hubspot with the correct deal stage
• Send invoices and follow up with clients for proof of payment
• Follow up to confirm client satisfaction and that all deliverables have been received
Required Expertise
1. At least one year working in a similar role, with proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
2. At least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment in an administrative role (Including 1 year of non-virtual experience)
3. Strong experience managing client-facing email communications and workflows
4. Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
5. Experience with Hubspot is required
Commitment
• Commitment 10 to 25 hours a month.
• This proposal should be for 10 hours on retainer (excl commissions and bonuses)
• Please note that our payment is hourly plus commission.
• Bonus payments also available.
• Initial 3 month project, that is extendable based on performance
