Responsibilities
1. Operations
- Assist with implementing the retail sales strategy internally and in conjunction with brand standard
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Actively implement the showroom standard operating procedures and continuously monitor the processes to ensure optimization
- Ensure the pre-delivery inspection has been completed according to the brand policies
- Ensure that vehicle hand-over is done according to brand distributor standards
- Ensure the DMS is continuously updated with accurate vehicle information and stock levels
- Monitor the sales pipeline and oversee the vehicle ordering process to always ensure the correct stock levels
- Properly apply leads management & follow up process for current & potential customers
- Conducts regular & one-one meetings with the sales team
- Provide regular reports on showroom and sales team performance for the management
2. People
- Apply a structured onboarding plan for all new employees in line with AMA standards
- Establish business objectives and personal development goals and monitor performance against agreed targets
- Keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Determine training needs and secure suitable training for the sales team
- Provide continuous guidance, support, and feedback to subordinates
- Encourage compliant behavior and ensure company HR policies are always adhered to
3. Customer
- Handle high-level customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Review all customer surveys (visit surveys, lost sales, and sales call analysis) weekly, identify trends, and develop appropriate action plans action against critical customer feedback
- Ensure that professional service is provided to every customer according to brand image
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle follow-up systems to create business and increase customer loyalty.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor in Business Administration
Experience
- Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years
- Field of Experience : Automotive Sales
Skills
- Adequate knowledge of automotive high-volume sales & showroom operations
- Sales driven character with proven record of exceeding sales target
- Strong leadership skills in team building, motivation, and interpersonal relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software (CDK)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High leadership, people management, and motivation skills
- Flexible approach to work and able to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
- Adaptable to flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
