Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for reviewing all recruitment requisitions, executing all necessary recruitment activities in order to close all assigned vacancies, providing timely recruitment update reports and understanding the department's functional discerption
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the talent acquisition strategy to support organizational goals, by promptly meeting business needs.
- Assist in maintaining the required Kuwaitization level in accordance with CBK requirements to avoid violations.
- Execute all recruitment process steps adequately with the business to maintain a standard practice that ensures a high-level quality of hire.
- Assist in identifying & evaluating new talent sourcing channels to select the most efficient & effective channels.
- Responsible for arranging & conducting interviews with the business to ensure proper shortlisting & selection of candidates.
- Maintain & develop a solid classified application database to ensure easy reference & accessibility.
- Implement improvements to the recruitment process to ensure streamlined, effective & high-quality service is delivered to the business.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns to attract appropriate and calibre talents.
- Maintain an updated positional chart for each of the bank's groups to be able address business needs properly.
- Negotiate the offer with the candidate to ensure attaining the best candidate to fill the open positions.
- Provide general recruitment support to the business, including assignment briefing, posting open positions, screening resumes, coordination of/ and conducting interviews, background checking & addressing general employment inquiries to ensure efficient service delivery to the business.
