Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Secretary based in Kuwait City. The Sales Secretary will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, handling customer satisfaction concerns, managing the switchboard, and processing invoicing with a high level of accuracy. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining office organization, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in administrative functions.
