Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Partner located in Kuwait City. The Senior Partner will be responsible for overseeing consulting projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, and leading a team of consultants. The role involves developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, ensuring project delivery, and meeting financial targets. Additionally, the Senior Partner will contribute to the growth of the company's presence in the region.

• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing consulting projects
• Strong strategic planning and client relationship management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities
• In-depth understanding of the industries we serve, such as federal, international, life science, technology, and humanitarian sectors
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
• Advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working in or with government entities is a plus
