We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable Administrative Assistant to cover our fast-paced and ever evolving office. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and is comfortable with frequent change. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments Maintain organised records and handle data entry tasks Support with invoice processing and accounts using Sage Assist with scheduling, email management, and diary coordination Provide occasional support with content scheduling and basic tasks on social media platforms Liaise with internal teams and external clients with professionalism Essential Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work quickly and calmly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Proficient in Sage accounting software Confident using major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace If you're proactive, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you. This job will be regular 2 - 3 days a week work for the right person. You will need to be office based, so it is advisable for only those to apply who can get to Bradford, West Yorkshire.
