The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Identify and target key markets, customer segments, and opportunities for growth. Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels . Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments . Drive brand awareness and loyalty through targeted campaigns and initiatives .
  • Digital Marketing : Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Optimize digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions . Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events . Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and marketing materials . Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources . Monitor expenses and ROI, adjusting optimize spending and maximize results.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Represent the marketing department in cross-functional meetings and strategy sessions .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the same or related field.
