Customer Support Officer (Arabic speaker)

Job Description:
- Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times.
- Ensuring effective delivery of the service, meeting the company's standards.
- Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients.
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Adhering to all company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant authority requirements.
- Handle incoming inquiries and customer issues personally or via phone, email and live chat.
- Assist clients in account opening procedure, collect documents and keep their records.
- Provide support for customer's trading platform inquiries.
- Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues.
- Keep detailed record of inquiries, comments and complaints and report them to the management.
- Provide training to customers on the use of the Company's products including website, trading platform and any other related issue.
- Adhering to compliance requirements in dealings involving customer data and privacy.
- Assist in preparing new material to further educate our audience in the use of our trading platform, our business concept and our products.
- In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity to meet the needs of the employer's business.
· Bachelor's or master's degree.
· Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in customer support.
· Professional English written and verbal communication skills.
· High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
· High level of professionalism and management capability.
· Strong interpersonal management, leadership and organizational skills.
· Strong planning, forecasting and analytical skill.
