Job Description:

  • Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times.
  • Ensuring effective delivery of the service, meeting the company's standards.
  • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients.
  • Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Adhering to all company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant authority requirements.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and customer issues personally or via phone, email and live chat.
  • Assist clients in account opening procedure, collect documents and keep their records.
  • Provide support for customer's trading platform inquiries.
  • Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Keep detailed record of inquiries, comments and complaints and report them to the management.
  • Provide training to customers on the use of the Company's products including website, trading platform and any other related issue.
  • Adhering to compliance requirements in dealings involving customer data and privacy.
  • Assist in preparing new material to further educate our audience in the use of our trading platform, our business concept and our products.
  • In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity to meet the needs of the employer's business.
Requirements: 

·   Bachelor's or master's degree.

·   Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in customer support.

·   Professional English written and verbal communication skills.

·   High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

·   High level of professionalism and management capability.

·   Strong interpersonal management, leadership and organizational skills.

·   Strong planning, forecasting and analytical skill.
