Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential new customers for AMC and HVAC equipment offerings.
- Meet with customers to introduce and explain services, ensuring a clear understanding of contract terms and value.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, informative responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
- Promote AMC and equipment to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within deadlines.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with management to support sales forecasting.
- Present, promote, and sell service offerings to both new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support renewals and upselling.
- Service existing accounts while developing new leads by planning and organizing daily sales activities.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring client satisfaction through timely solutions.
Educational Qualification
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years
- Field of Experience : • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales in Kuwaiti market. • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC, service contracts, or field sales.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
